How do I host an event?

DJs can create an event from the "Host" tab. Once created, share your unique event code or QR code with your audience to start receiving requests.

How do I request a song?

Enter the event code provided by the DJ. Browse or search for tracks, and tap the request button. You can use Vibe Tokens to boost your request to the top of the queue.

What are Vibe Tokens?

Vibe Tokens are our in-app currency that allow guests to prioritize their song requests. The more tokens used, the higher the song appears on the DJ's playlist. Boost tiers include Standard Boost, High Priority, Ultra Boost, and God Mode.

How do I purchase Vibe Tokens?

Vibe Tokens can be purchased directly in the app through the App Store's in-app purchase system. Your balance is displayed at the top of the live queue screen.

Can I get a refund for Vibe Tokens?

Since Vibe Tokens are digital consumables purchased through the App Store, refund requests must be submitted through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app. Tap the "Delete Account" icon (profile with a minus sign) in the top-right corner of the DJ or Guest screens. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use Firebase with industry-standard security rules to protect your data. We only collect what is necessary to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
