Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the BeatzBreeze mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BeatzBreeze is a live music request platform that connects DJs and event guests. DJs can host events and manage a live song request queue, while guests can join events, request songs, vote on tracks, and use Vibe Tokens to boost the priority of their requests.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use BeatzBreeze. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.

4. Vibe Tokens and Purchases

• Vibe Tokens are a virtual, consumable in-app currency used to boost song request priority within the App.
• Vibe Tokens are purchased through Apple's App Store in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
• Vibe Tokens have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• All purchases are final. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• We reserve the right to modify Vibe Token pricing, boost tiers, and token values at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to manipulate the request queue, voting system, or token balances through unauthorized means
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the App
• Submit song requests containing offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by BeatzBreeze and protected by intellectual property laws. Music metadata accessed through the App is provided via the Spotify Web API and is subject to Spotify's terms. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the App or its content by using it.

7. DJ Responsibilities

DJs who host events through BeatzBreeze are responsible for compliance with any applicable music licensing requirements at their venue or event. BeatzBreeze facilitates song requests but does not provide music playback licensing.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your Vibe Token balance will be forfeited.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the actions of DJs, guests, or any third parties using the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeatzBreeze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of Vibe Tokens, event disruptions, or data loss.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
